That the attorney shall be empowered to appear and represent on us before the Central Government Employees’ Welfare Housing Organisation, Bangalore Development Authority or before any registrar having authority and to present the Absolute Sale Deed in our name in respect of the schedule property for registration and for the said purpose, our attorney shall be at liberty to sign all Statutory Forms, declarations, Affidavits, Statements, Applications, etc. as contemplated under the Karnataka Registration Act and to have the said conveyance registered and to do all such acts, deeds and things which our said attorney shall consider necessary for completing the registration of the schedule property effectually as we could have done if we were present personally.

 

2. We hereby ratify and confirm all and whatsoever our said attorney shall lawfully do execute or perform or cause to be done by virtue of this Power of Attorney and liberty herein conferred upon.
